Very Comfortable

I had a total hip replacement in September 2023, I am so glad I had this afterwards. It was a great height, easy to put together and easy to take on and off the toilet. Easy to tighten on just turn the gray knob on front. A very comfortable seat, I really loved it. The only negative is, if you're a little hippy it may be a tight fit. My incision from my surgery was close to the seat handles, but it still was a great asset glad I had it. And it fits better on small round toilet seat better then a bigger oblong seat.

Best solution, great quality low price, low price

Like one reviewer said “Stays in place and fits an elongated toilet”. We are use to Amazon’s 2 day deliveries but this arrived the following morning. I added a grab bar next to the toilet which my wife says really helps her on and off In addition to the toilet riser with the arms. With the design of our toilet we did not experience any tipping as mentioned in some reviews.

After reading a few reviews, I decided to order the "Drive Medical, Raised Toilet Seat." I received it yesterday. It was well-packed, and arrived a day early. It is very easy to install. It fits an elongated or a regular toilet. The seat is well-made, and very sturdy ( not wobbly at all). It has made a difference in my life already. The padded arms allow you to sit down, or lift up with ease. I recently had ankle surgery, and using this raised toilet seat, has assisted me, greatly. I am really impressed with Drive Medical, and will be purchasing their other products, when needed, now, and in the future.

Works exceptionally well!!!!

I was in the hospital where they loaded me up with an extra 35+ lbs of steroids/fluids so when I came home I could not physically lift my body off the toilet workout the help of my beloved husband. I ordered this product and although it said it would be here in a day, it took 2, it was well worth the money and wait. It took 10 min to install handles to side & attach to toilet! This gives you an extra 5” of height to easily get on/off without assistance from others. You don’t need to use handles if they’re in your way, I prefer them and this attaches with the toilet seat down - just tighten with the gray circle in front. Highly recommend, very stable!!!

I love Amazon for the fact that when choosing, I can focus on reviews, this is the most objective observation of the buyer. And I try to write honest reviews because I know that it helps people in their choices. Especially when it comes to the comfort of people close and dear to us who have undergone surgery or are limited in their abilities. I bought this toilet seat pad for my husband, he had a very difficult operation, total knee replacement with vascular necrosis of the bones and their severing. Rehabilitation is extremely painful and difficult. He has been using this chair for 3 months and will continue to use it. It is an indispensable assistant that facilitates daily leg bending.. I recommend this chair to everyone. The assembly is very simple, it really added height so as not to squat so deeply and it helps. Good health to all!

Amazing Toilet seat riser with handles- best purchase

I had bought a different one two years ago for my foot surgery, which was horrible. When I was finished with it, I just threw it away. I just had to have foot surgery again and I decided to get the one with the handles because I cannot put pressure on my foot for six weeks or more. This was so easy to put together and attached to the toilet. It has raised up the height so much that I barely have to bend down to sit. I guess it does depend on how high your toilet is, but I just have a standard toilet in an apartment complex. It’s very easy for me to be able to stand on 1 foot and be able to sit without having to fall onto the toilet. It is extremely sturdy, the quality is top-notch . This will certainly make my life easier for the next six weeks. Then later in the year, I have to have surgery again so it will get use again. I highly recommend this product

A must have for injured or the elderly

So easy to install. Lift both the existing lid and toilet set up… and place this handled seat on top and then screw on tight. This seat has helped my dad immensely getting on and off the potty. 🚽. The handles are very secure. The seat is very comfortable and supportive.
